“We enjoy the scent and texture and it works well. But the pot design doesn't work very well, product leakage maybe work better in a tube?”

Hi Lisa, really glad that you liked the deodorant and it works for you. The vegan formula is a bit more temperature sensitive, if you try and keep it cool and out of sunlight it should remain as a balm type texture with no leakage :)

“I have tried a lot of natural deodorants in the recent past and sadly got quite frustrated with them as they did not work for me. Hippy Paste, so far, has been working, even when I cycle. The only thing I would improve would probably be a slightly stronger scent (I picked citrus), but this is being picky! I feel quite relieved to have found it.”

“I have found it difficult to get a product that works well and this seems to be doing a great job. And it comes in a tin container so no plastic and container can be reused or recycled. So well done!!”

“I have never found a natural, cruelty free deo that has worked well enough as an anti-perspirant UNTIL NOW! Not only does the product match my ethics but it is THE best anti-perspiration I've ever used. It keeps me smelling fresh and feeling happy about the planet. I've been using the lavender one which is vegan. I will never look elsewhere again! No need.”

“Amazing!! A natural deodorant that actually works!! It's been thoroughly put to the test, and not even a tiny whiff at the end of the day! My skin is also sensitive so I was a little worried that I might not get on with the sodium bicarb, but I've had not even a hint of a reaction :) thank you!”

“I am very happy with this product. I had to give up using the crystal type natural deodorants after I developed a skin allergy to them. I tried other products but nothing ever did all that it promised. Thought I would give natural deodorants another go and am pleasantly surprised as these pastes absolutely do the trick. I apply it first thing in the morning after showering and it genuinely keeps me odour free until late at night when I finish work. They do seem to have some anti-perspirant effect as well as all summer I haven't had any embarrassing sweat stains or anything. Have used both the tropical and citrus ones and they smell really lovely. An added bonus as I do like to have a nice fragrance with my toiletries. They also last quite long. You only need a smear (make sure it is applied to the complete armpit area) and it does the trick. I used a little too much at first. I also like that the postage is free if I buy two tins, as the additional postage cost made the product a bit too expensive for me for regular use. Would definitely recommend.”

“It works very well, I've actually found it better than conventional deodrant. I bought the citrus one, which smells really nice and subtle. The only thing that I could criticise would be that it isn't particularly quick to apply as you have to wash your hands after using it.”

“Fantastic product, one of the best I discovered from some time. I ordered two tins-citrus for me and lavender for my girlfriend (she opted for mint at first but unfortunately it was out of stock). The fragrances are very subtle, very natural, can be used by both man and women. The consistency is a bit sticky (you need to wash your hands after use) but when it melted into the skin is almost undetected. Most important this product works REALLY WELL all day and is delicate for the skin, even irritated, like a calming/soothing balm, not ordinary deodorant.”

“I love these deodorants because they are completely natural, organic and overall better for my health than the chemical filled antiperspirants you can purchase at the store. Keeps me feeling and smelling fresh all day and the best part is that one tub can last me as long as 6 weeks! And considering that the price of the products are very reasonable, you can't go wrong. I love love love this company and their products are the same great quality everytime.”

“I have been using this deodorant on and off for 6 months now and have found it to be very effective on the whole. The fragrance is nice but very subtle. I generally prefer this deodorant to another natural, spray version that I use, as Hippy Paste is more effective. However, I have stopped using Hippy Paste when wearing light-coloured tops as I often ended up with a yellow stain on them under the arms, or grease marks on the tops when I had not put them on carefully enough. I also bought the Tropical fragrance but found it to be completely ineffective for me so only used it twice.”

“I have been using Hippy Paste for over 2 months now and couldn't be happier. After years, and lots of money down the drain, trying all sorts of so called "natural" deodorants I had almost given up. This really does work! For the first few weeks I had to put it on quite thickly but as soon as my skin got used to it I have been able to use less and less. The tins are perfect packaging, it's a much nicer way to put deodorant on and my armpits feel so much happier and more moisturised from using such a natural product - I can't recommend it more highly. If I had to find one little criticism it would be the name as I think it puts some people off...not me though!”

“LOVE Hippy Paste! Easy to apply and smells great. I also seem to be sweating less and am not offending myself and everyone else when I get active. Has also surpassed the flying test - I find flying makes me sweat differently and not in a good way but Hippy Paste kept me fresh, calm and unsweaty. Have always hated using chemicals but now have a naturally and healthy alternative that really works. Thank you!!”
