“Hippy Paste as a product is just what I have been looking for. Something that doesn't prevent perspiration AND is completely safe for the environment. Tins are great and can actually be re-purposed rather than recycled (that too). Ordering process was just fine. Thanks!”

“Hippy paste is amazing! So happy with its performance, and the fact that I smell fresh all day with an entirely natural product! I bought both the citrus and the lavender paste. My husband was rather sceptical as he has always used harsh deodorants to help keep him smelling fresh. After one day of wearing hippy paste to work, he's converted. Thank you Earth Concious! We need more companies like you”

“Great deodorant; both citrus and lavender (the vegan formulation) were easy to apply, gentle on skin, and highly effective. I used to use Soapwalla deo but this is just as good at a third of the price. My only complaint is the AWFUL name and branding. It's too embarrassing to be seen with so I'm probably going to take the label off the tin before I have to go through airport security. Seriously, change the name and way more people would be willing to use it.”

“Love the product but I wish the rest of your range was suitable for vegans! Beeswax is an unnecessary ingredient and you would get a lot more people buying your products if they were vegan friendly”

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to review. Glad you love the Vegan version of Hippy Paste. It is just as effective as the original beeswax range however it isn't as stable as the beeswax in terms of its ability to stay solid in warmer temperatures. We have tested several other natural deodorants in cream format that don't use beeswax to find that they evaporate or melt. This is not good enough for our brand and we have to be certain we can provide a high quality and functional product to all of our customers. Rest assured we are working very hard on product development behind the scenes and if we can make a complete switch we will.

“I was so happy to find this company when I decided to search for an even more natural deodorant than the one I was using. Fantastic customer service, I love that consideration has been taken in the packaging to send the deodorants. Not a bad price, I brought one for myself and for my partner. Hes now been won over by this deodorant and doesn't plan on ever switching back, although I personally feel like I might need to try another scent as the one I brought doesn't quite work for me. Would definitely recommend to friends!”

“I ordered citrus and ylang ylang. Both smell good - not too strong - and I especially like the citrus, which has a really fresh scent. I have been using another brand of natural deodorant, which I bought in Australia and can't get in the UK. The Hippy Paste is almost as good, but not quite! I find it a bit greasy and have to wait a while before putting clothes on because I'm worried it'll rub off on my clothes. I remain odour free during the day, which is fantastic, but the effects have worn off by morning. I suppose expecting it to work for 24 hours is a bit much! So, overall, I am pleased enough with the product to keep using it until it's finished, but will be getting my friend to bring me stocks of another brand on her next visit.”

“The Ylang Ylang scent is okay... I think my body might be getting used to it still. I can't decide if it's a nice smell or not! The texture of the paste is good, and it applies very nicely. The tins are very cute.”

“IT WORKS. PURE & SIMPLE. Initial impression: Wow! This stuff works! Verdict 5 months on: Just can’t fault it. In the heat (remember those 3 days of summer?): Zero pong. Through hormonal changes: No problem. Heavy workout?: No sweat (well, technically plenty of sweat but no whiff). And of course it ticks all the right boxes - a natural eco-friendly product from an ethical company with lightning fast delivery and a personal touch. Little wonder this stuff is winning awards everywhere. This is the only natural deodorant I’ve tried which works (in 15 years). It really does do what it states so humbly on the tin, and I’m proud to be part of the Hippy Paste generation.”

“I switched over to Hippy Paste from mainstream roll-ons about six weeks ago, and I love it! It takes a little getting used to, and I am still a bit paranoid some days and sniffing myself, but on those days I just have a little top up during the day and everything is fine. I have found that I actually prefer the experience of applying the deodorant by hand, rather than off a plastic ball, and I also feel cleaner after using it, none of that nasty residue left by the chemical stuff. I have the Tropical and Lavender scents and both smell delicious - I would be very happy with a slightly stronger scent but I get that that's not the main point. Two thumbs up and I'm recommending it to everyone!”

“I was a bit doubtful that this would work - I'm at a "certain age" and often get all hot and sweaty - especially at night. Normal antiperspirant/deodorants really struggle. Well I'm delighted to say that the Hippy Paste works beautifully. I havnt noticed any nasty niffs at all so I'm really pleased. Even after taking the dogs for a walk or a rough night. I chose the lavender - and I love it, but I'm going to get a couple more in different flavours. I'm so pleased that there is a natural alternative that works. Thank you Earth Concious.”

“I love this product!! I also had a few wobbles with the delivery address when I set up my account and after emailing customer service I expected a reply within a few days BUT....I couldn't believe I got a reply within minutes and my wobble was sorted out there and then!! A great privilege to be a customer!”

“Great product. Nice smell - it is barely noticeable but that's a good thing because it doesn't then clash with perfume, as other deodourants have a tendancy to do!”
