“The Truth Paste is great and I love the beeswax wrap and the lavender soap. The grapefruit and lemon deodorant unfortunately is just not effective for me and let me down.”

“I have been using the solid deoderant for about a week now and am very happy with its performance. My armpits do not smell at the end of each day. My 16yr old daughter is also using and has not complained. 5***** for natural ingrediants 5***** for product packaging being 100% zerowaste 5***** for parcel packaging being 99.9% zerowaste 3*** for price Do think both the solid deo sticks and tinned deodorant is very pricey at 7 odd pounds per item and it does niggle me that those trying to be earth conscious...especially zerowasters have to pay through the nose for products and this could force people back to the cheaper plastic versions.”

“Delivered in a fairly good timeframe. The deodorant is great, the toothpaste, however is VILE! I am trying to do my bit for the planet but putting revolting tasting clay in my mouth is one step too far!”

“Great product, though shame the free delivery limit has been set at £25. I used to order 3 for approx £15 with free delivery and use it daily, but now its just a treat everynow and then.”

“I bought the lavender and tea tree solid deodorant - works really well, smells great and has lasted for a long time. My only issue is that I have odd skin allergies that are very sensitive to stress so I've come up in a huge dry rash recently, but it didn't happen immediately so I know it's not JUST the product. Would really recommend to people who have 'normal' skin but unfortunately I don't think I'll be able to buy again :(”

“I am happy with the product I received from Earth Conscious. I am so surprised that there is a natural deodorant out there that actually works! The only problem I have is that the consistency of the deodorant stick (its tendency to melt on the skin) means that I have used 1/3rd of it in a week! This makes it a very expensive option which will last me a maximum of 3 weeks whilst being 8 times more expensive than over the counter regular deodorants. I would love to continually buy this product but I am a student and not prepared to spend this much again unfortunately :(”

Your deodorant stick should last much longer than 3 weeks. You really only need one swipe. The natural ingredients will be softer in the warmer weather and you can place in the fridge during this time. In the winter it will be different again. You can also apply with fingers if you wish which may give you more control over how much you use. Or swipe with stick and rub in. Hope this might help.

“I love Earth Conscious because I hate plastic and your products are really good. But, I have had a lot of books under my armpits since using your products. Also compared to standard plastic products your deodorants are very expensive. Is this just the real cost versus mass production. ?”

It is the real cost yes. Our products are handmade in small batches so it's not just the packaging (which is more expensive than plastic) or the natural organic ingredients that are again likely to be more expensive than some of the ingredients you'll find in non-natural deodorants and antiperspirants but also the small business overheads and our own labour costs. But they should last a few months as you only need a small amount, so apply sparingly.

“I am happy about the product, however, at the time of purchasing, there was an offer of 30% off for old users (the promotion code sent) and me as a new customer would not be advised about it. That is a little disappointing, that the customers are not treated equally.”

We are glad you are happy with the product but sorry you feel disappointed with our discounting system. The offer was for 20% to existing returning customers who choose to sign up to our mailing list to receive such offers. We feel it's important to offer discounts from time to time to our loyal customers but every new customer has the option of signing up should they wish, they are not automatically signed up but if they choose to, they can benefit from future offers. In addition, there are often offers for new customers who have never tried our deodorant, these are often shared via social media and via our partners.

“Fast delivery. Loved the fragrances of lavender and citrus deo. Mint is a bit odd, but the strong deo worked the best. Would love the strong formula with the citrus scent, that would be perfect.”
